Join our Business Development Team

As a Prospect Lending Business Development Representative, your job will be to develop Realtor relationships so they can send loans to Prospect Lending.

For EVERY loan closed through your efforts, you will receive a referral fee of 15% of the net Loan Officer’s commission. That means you can get up to 2,000 for each loan that closes because of your efforts.

This is for EVERY loan closed from each Realtor you recruit! For as long as you work for Prospect Lending.

Think of the snowball effect that can take place as you recruit more and more agents. If you are diligent, you can easily add 5k-10k to your monthly income in the coming months.

This can be a full-time or part-time, commission only position. You can work as little as 10 hours per week as long as you are doing your weekly recruiting activities.

This position is 100% RESPA compliant as you will be an employee of Prospect Lending.
