If we can’t beat another lender’s loan offer for a lower combination of interest rate, fees, and monthly mortgage insurance (if applicable) – we’ll pay you $1,000 after you close with that lender! 

Step 1:  Provide us with a Loan Estimate from that other lender.

Step 2:  If we’re unable to offer a better deal, proceed with locking that loan & rate and send us the locked LE (on the same date) for us to try and beat one last time.

Step 3:  If we’re still unable to beat the offer, proceed to close your loan with the competing lender. After closing, please provide us with the Final Closing Disclosure and Prospect Lending will pay you $1,000.
